Sleep is a basic human need; just like eating and breathing! There’s so much research that shows how important sleep is for your physical and mental health: Immunity, growth, development, emotions, appetite, memory; almost EVERY part of our life is impacted by sleep. Tears and Sleep training:
You don't have to struggle night after night, settling and resettling your baby. There's a lot we can do to improve things. One undeniable area to look at is your baby's ability to self settle. Its easy to worry that sleep training may cause harm but this isnt going to happen using my methods. Tears can happen when making changes - especially when your baby's under 12months old. It's how they communicate! But if you're a loving parent to your child, your connection and attachment will remain in tact.
